To attend ILMAT-IV, you are required to have proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination or of a
negative COVID-19 test.

Shuttle Bus Information
Monday, November 22, 2021: Departures for three different shuttle buses will be at: 14h30, 14h45
and 15h00. These buses will leave from the Lufthansa bus departure site located on the Boulevard de
Metz, to the left (when looking at the station) of the train station, just after the taxi station.
Not everyone can fit on the last bus, so please take the earliest bus possible for you.
Two organizers will be at the train station (near the information booth in the outer hall of the
station) and at the bus departure site.
Friday, November 26, 2021: Shuttle buses will leave the conference site at 14h00 and arrive at the
Strasbourg train station by 15h30
The conference will be held in the domaine saint Jacques, Route du Mont Sainte-Odile, 67530 Saint-Nabor.
